How USA imports work
We send orders to Pleaser USA at 10pm Monday and 10pm Friday (Sydney time). They usually ship to us the same day by DHL Express, and we send your order from our Sydney warehouse as soon as it lands: Thursday for the Monday batch, Monday for the Friday batch. The date shown already allows for US and NSW public holidays; courier or customs delays occasionally add a day or two. If you order Sydney-stock and USA items together, we ship them all together when the USA items land.
Final sale – no change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including fit
Sale styles are heavily reduced, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Under Australian Consumer Law, a shoe that doesn't fit or feel the way you expected is change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order, or ask us about sizing.
