The journey of Miss Pole Dance New Zealand (MPDNZ) has been a colorful one, marked by evolution, resilience, and a passion for performance. After years of hiatus and shifting leadership, the competition was reborn under the direction of Trillian and her business partner Dahlia Dangerous. With a revamped vision, inclusive rules, and a dazzling roster of competitors, the 2024 event, held on November 2nd, marked a triumphant return to the stage.

From overcoming challenges like studio setbacks and last-minute roster changes to delivering a show-stopping evening at the Globe Theatre, MPDNZ 2024 showcased the best of artistry, athleticism, and community spirit. Karyn claimed the crown as Miss Pole Dance New Zealand 2024, with Laura Lockhart and Noelle rounding out the top three.

Looking ahead, the team is committed to refining the competition, elevating its standards, and fostering a supportive environment for performers. With plans to grow cash prizes, enhance training resources, and ensure a safe and empowering experience for all participants, MPDNZ is set to become a world-class event.
