Free Standard Delivery Australia-Wide and to New Zealand on all orders $100 AUD or more. We ship from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post eParcel, all parcels include tracking and optional safe drop. We can ship to all addresses including PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers etc.
We also ship worldwide with the exception of Sudan and Russia.
Most customer orders ship in 5-10 business days. This includes the time it takes to import stock from the USA warehouse. Choosing Express Post at checkout will NOT improve your order processing time, it only changes your delivery service from regular Aus Post to Express Aus Post.
We are an authorised retailer of Pleaser USA Inc. brands and import product on demand for our customers. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for order processing while your item is shipped from the USA warehouse to us in Australia. During order processing your will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing checkout, and then a shipment confirmation email approximately 5-10 business days later when your order ships from our Melbourne warehouse.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour, or a shipment confirmation email within 7 business days, please get in touch. We know your order is important to you and we get product out as fast as we can.

- Parcel Post: Australia Post's standard parcel service. This is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. Free Parcel Post is available at checkout for orders $100 AUD or more. - Express Post: Australia Post's express parcel service and their fastest parcel delivery service. It is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. - International Express: Australia Post's EMS International Express service. Tracking and signature on delivery is available for most countries, check the International Post Guide. Free International Express Post is available to NEW ZEALAND at checkout for orders $100.00 AUD or more.
