If you don't love it, we want to fix it! To get started you'll need your Order ID (found on your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email) and customer email address (where we've been sending you order updates).

Shoe Me Return Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please be aware that:
- Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, unless you are making a warranty claim.
- Discounted items (more than 40%) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We provide a 6 Month Warranty on our items from date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
- Any Store Credit earned from your purchase with our Shoe Me Money rewards program will be deducted from your reward credit after you return an order (but we never deduct past 0 and put you in a negative balance).
