Free Standard Delivery Australia-Wide and to New Zealand on all orders $100 AUD or more. We ship from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post eParcel, all parcels include tracking and optional signature on delivery.

Nov-Dec 2023 Thanksgiving/Black Friday Sales/Christmas Holiday Delays

Please note that orders placed after 9pm AEDT (Sydney) on Monday 20th November 23 may be subject to additional shipping delays due to Thanksgiving Holiday and Black Friday Peak period in the USA Warehouse. Please allow an extra 4-7 days processing time for USA warehouse stock during November and December due to high volume and peak season.

USA Warehouse Order Processing is 5 -10 Days

We are an authorised retailer of Pleaser USA Inc. brands and import product on demand for our customers. Please allow 5-10 days for order processing. During order processing your will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing checkout, and then a shipment confirmation email 7-10 days later when your order ships from our Sydney HQ.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour, or a shipment confirmation email within 10 days, please get in touch. Please avoid contacting us for a delivery update if your order is still within normal processing times, our staff work hard to pack and post orders the same day the products arrive to us from the USA. The 7-10 days quoted is the time it takes for the item to arrive to us from the USA and is not a reflection of the care our local team is taking with your order. We know your order is important to you and we get product out as fast as we can.

SHIPPING METHODS:

  • Parcel Post: Australia Post's standard parcel service. This is an Australia-wide service with tracking and signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. Free Parcel Post is available at checkout for orders $100 AUD or more.   • Express Post: Australia Post's express parcel service and their fastest parcel delivery service. It is an Australia-wide service with tracking and signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. You can check current domestic delivery times here and any service disruptions here. Express Post Service Update 26 April 2023: "While Express Post remains our fastest postal service, our next-business-day guarantee remains suspended as we adjust our network to challenges that have developed in the post-pandemic environment. We'll continue to review this situation and advise of any changes when we can."

Christmas cut-off dates for most Australian states

We are recommending placing your order by the following dates for delivery within most states in Australia by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):

  • Parcel Post: Monday 11 December**
  • Express Post: Friday 15 December
  • StarTrack Premium and Express: Friday 15 December
