How USA imports work
We send orders to Pleaser USA at 10pm Monday and 10pm Friday (Sydney time). They usually ship to us the same day by DHL Express, and we send your order from our Sydney warehouse as soon as it lands: Thursday for the Monday batch, Monday for the Friday batch. The date shown already allows for US and NSW public holidays; courier or customs delays occasionally add a day or two. If you order Sydney-stock and USA items together, we ship them all together when the USA items land.
All shoes sold on Shoe Me are marked and sold in U.S. sizing.
