This agreement is between Shoe Me Pty Ltd and the content creator.
The Content must be original, factual, compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platforms used, compliant with all applicable FTC guidelines, and must contain any tags, links, or titles the Advertiser requests to be included in the uploaded media.
You must obtain approval from Shoe Me prior to publishing. The content should be published on the content creators instagram and/or tiktok profiles.
Shoe Me agrees to refund the content creator’s purchase cost of the product being promoted.
The Content created by the content creator, for the purposes of fulfilling this Contract, shall be the intellectual property of Shoe Me Pty Ltd.
